“3+1, 3 it is Ryan McGinley, Harmony Korine and Dash Snow, 1 is agnès b. A major trio of the American contemporary artistic scene has been gathered by agnès b. Further to the disappearance of Dash Snow in 2009, agnès b. imagined to make live his last works in the middle of those of his friends and peers so finding the atmosphere of the exhibition “New york Scene”, presented at the Galerie du jour in 2003. This place had become the playground of these artists, every of them young and unknown at this time. They expressed themselves through out videos, photos, sounds, graffs, drawings or installations and drew their references from their lifestyles (punk-rock, hip-hop, Skateboard) producing an art of the day life.
In order of appearance: Dash Snow, Harmony Korine, Ryan Mcginley and a film by Agnes b. Exhibition will run until 6th November 2010.
